With around 300 companies in the running, we’ve narrowed the field to just 12 categories, using a smart mix of data-driven analysis and expert judgement to spotlight the most impressive performers.

It all starts with our quantitative model, which ranks trusts within their peer groups using a rich dataset gathered over five years. This approach allows us to compare performance across sectors consistently and fairly. From there, a panel of industry experts reviews the results to curate a shortlist of top contenders for each category.

That shortlist is then handed over to a group of four respected gatekeepers from Janus Henderson Investors, Hawksmoor Investment Management, Cazenove Capital, and Evelyn Partners, and an award winning journalist who select four finalists per category—our official nominees.
