Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering, you are deemed to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  

The QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards are produced by Marten & Co Limited sometimes using data supplied by the funds nominated. Nothing within these materials is intended to encourage the dealing in any of the securities represented. 

Marten & Co Limited is not permitted to provide investment advice to individual investors. The contents of this website are compiled from publicly available information. 

Please remember that past performance is not necessarily a guide to the future and that the value of shares and the income from them can go down as well as up. Exchange rates may also cause the value of underlying overseas investments to go down as well as up. Marten & Co Limited may publish on companies that use gearing in a number of forms that can increase volatility and, in some cases, to a complete loss of an investment. 

Eligibility 

Access to this website and voting in the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards is open to any person except those in a jurisdiction where (by reason of that person’s nationality, residence or otherwise) the publication or availability of this information is prohibited. In particular, if you are a US citizen or located in the USA, you are not permitted to view the information in this website and you should leave the website immediately. 

No purchase is needed, and no fee is payable to vote in the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards or to be eligible to win the Prize. 

You may only vote once in each category and all votes from anyone found to have voted more than once will be discounted. 

Marten & Co Limited reserves the right to refuse participation in the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards to anyone that has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Marten & Co Limited, the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards, or any of the nominees. 

Ineligible participants 

No one who is an employee or independent contractor, officer, or director of Marten & Co Limited or Acclaimworks Limited or who is an immediate family member (i.e., parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of such persons, is permitted to vote in the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards. 

Timing 

Voting in the QuotedData Investors’ Choice Awards will open at 8:00am on 1 September 2025 and close at 5pm on 30 September 2025. 

The winners, including the winner of the Prize, will be announced on the QuotedData website.  

This process is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified. 

Prize 

Only persons resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or older are eligible to win the Prize. 

There will only be one Prize winner. The Prize winner will be selected at random from a list of all eligible voters that voted for the highest number of award winners.  

Marten & Co will use the contact information provided on registration to attempt to notify the Prize winner. If these attempts at communication have been unsuccessful for more than five business days, the Prize is forfeit and another Prize winner will be selected at random, as before. 

The value of the Prize is £5,000. 

Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of Marten & Co Limited.
